Blue Ribbon Bags provides comprehensive delayed baggage tracking and recovery assistance for up to 96 hours from the time your flight lands. Our service is designed to give travelers peace of mind through efficient tracking, timely updates, and a guaranteed satisfaction policy.


Key Service Features

  • 96-Hour Baggage Tracking: We actively track and expedite the return of delayed baggage for four days after your flight’s arrival.

  • Automatic Status Updates: Receive real-time email notifications whenever there is a change in your baggage status.

  • Inclusive Coverage: One Service Agreement covers up to two checked bags per passenger, including last-minute gate check-ins.

  • Worldwide Protection: Applicable to every flight, on every airline, and to any destination worldwide.

  • Flexible Purchase Window: Service can be purchased at any time prior to your flight’s departure.

  • Simple Pricing: Each purchase is per passenger, per airline confirmation number; regardless of the number of flight connections.


Terms & Conditions

  • Service must be purchased before the first flight in your itinerary (inbound or outbound). Mid-connection purchases are not permitted.

  • Passengers must file a claim with the airline before reporting a mishandled bag to Blue Ribbon Bags.

  • Mishandled bags must be reported to us within 24 hours of flight arrival.

  • No proof of baggage contents is required to receive the Satisfaction Guarantee payment.

  • If a bag is not located within 96 hours of flight arrival, payment will be issued; regardless of whether the bag is returned after this period.

  • The service does not cover theft (of baggage or items inside).

  • Delivery of baggage is not included; the service is fulfilled once the airline’s baggage system records the bag as having arrived at the airport associated with the passenger’s claim.

  • Bags reported by the airline as having been on the same flight as the passenger do not qualify for service.


Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If we are unable to successfully retrieve your mishandled baggage within the agreed Service Period, you will be compensated in line with our Service Satisfaction Guarantee Limit of Liability.
