• The campaign will run from May 23, 2025 to Eid-ul-Adha Day 2025. 
• A minimum transaction of BDT 3,000 is required to qualify for this offer.  
• The maximum reward under this offer is 3,000 MRewardz Points per cardholder.
• The offer can be availed only once per cardholder during the campaign period. 
• Only purchases of flight tickets via Firsttrip’s App or website will be considered for this campaign.
• 5X MRewardz Points will be credited to eligible cardholders after verification by MTB. 
• Points will be awarded within a standard processing timeline set by MTB.  
• Transactions that are reversed or refunded will not qualify for the offer.    
• MTB and Firsttrip reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the campaign if any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.    
• MTB and Firsttrip reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign or its terms without prior notice. 
• All refund, cancellation, or date change requests will be handled in accordance with Firsttrip's standard policy Firsttrip’s standard policy, including applicable convenience fees.

10. Can MTB or Firsttrip change the terms or end the campaign early?  

Yes, MTB and Firsttrip reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.  

11. What if suspicious activity is detected on my account? 

If any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is found, MTB and Firsttrip may disqualify the cardholder from the campaign without notice.  

12. What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?  

All refunds, cancellations, and date changes will follow with Firsttrip's standard policies , including any applicable convenience fees.
